NYC Office renovation and furniture design
Located within an NYC loft, this furniture intervention included custom casework and a work surface that appears and disappears as one walks around it. This phenomenon was achieved by the 3” thick table top compose of cast polyurethane resin and a series of aluminum tube in 5 diameters that are welded to form sections with various angles to allow one to see through certain section depending on the particular viewing point. A series of tubes extend down to become the supports of the table blurring the line between vertical support and horizontal span.
